Can products vary?+
Exact brands, flavours, colours and product variants may vary depending on availability. Equivalent or higher-value substitutions may be made.
Can I choose flavours?+
Not on standard boxes. On Build Your Own you choose categories, and we curate the best available within them. Allergies? Put it in the notes.
Can I build my own box?+
Yes. Pick a size, pick your categories, pick a message, add extras. Four steps and it's done.
Can I include a message?+
Yes. Pick one of our cards or write your own at checkout. We hand-write it.
Do you offer corporate orders?+
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. Head to Corporate & Events and tell us quantity, budget and audience.
Do you offer bulk orders?+
50 boxes? 500 boxes? Let's talk. Bulk pricing kicks in at 25 boxes.
Can boxes be customised?+
Yes — contents, packaging, inserts and co-branding on corporate runs.
How does delivery work?+
Dispatch within 1–3 working days, tracked delivery, gift orders never include a price. Delivery timings are confirmed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes to selected countries. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
What happens if an item is unavailable?+
We substitute with an equivalent or higher-value item. We never send a lighter box.
DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days with tracked delivery. Live rates, timings and destinations are calculated at checkout. Gift orders never include a price inside the box.
RETURNS
Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced. Email hello@wawdt.shop with your order number. Exact brands, flavours, colours and product variants may vary depending on availability. Equivalent or higher-value substitutions may be made.
TERMS
Orders are subject to availability and the substitution policy above. Prices, taxes and shipping are confirmed at checkout. Corporate orders are governed by the quotation issued for that run.
PRIVACY
We collect only what's needed to fulfil orders and answer enquiries. Payment data is handled by Shopify and never stored by us. Contact hello@wawdt.shop for any data request.
